RyGuy's chicken & waffles (Formerly RyRy's Chicken & Waffles) ​  isn't fast food.

It's BETTER. It's Fast Casual. What is the difference?

In industry terms, "fast food" would be highly processed, heat lamps, and processes that keep the costs down low, because the processes and ingredients have been engineered to be done as cheaply as possible. McDonald's and KFC would be examples of fast food.

The Fast Casual segment- of which we are technically a part of- includes the likes of brands like Chipotle, Panera, Moe's, or any similar chain where your meal quality is higher than fast food, yet you do not have to tip out any "server". However, unlike those places, we don't put your chicken in a heating bin, nor do we have any heat lamps- Everything is cooked fresh, which means the second you order, the chicken is being pulled out of the marinade, hand breaded, and then fried to perfection!

Our Company motto: TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT YOU DO. From the fresh chicken cooked and breaded straight out of the marinade, to the fresh toppings we fresh press in your waffles, to the customer service you get EVERY time.

We are all about our peeps, or what we call our Mutha Cluckaz. We really mean that- when was the last time you went to a big fast food chain and really believed they cared about YOU the customer? 

That's why it is TIME that the CUSTOMER became the CENTER OF ATTENTION in the restaurant industry once again! Everything we do must resonate in a big way with the customer, and in 2020, there is no faking a quality product. 

No heat lamps. NO frozen chicken. NO rude, indifferent employees. An open kitchen so you can see your food being prepared, and even interact with the Chef's workin' hard back there.

We believe in 2020 the consumer should be demanding the BEST, and is more than likely willing to pay a few bucks more  to ensure that they are receiving top quality wings, waffles, and fried chicken from people that TAKE PRIDE in making you a dish that you'll savor and tell your friends about.
